Today I am going to share a crock pot thai Peanut chicken, when I make this I usually make it spicy but you have the option of not doing so as well it still taste really good and is one of my favourite dishes.

Ingredient for Weight Watchers Crock Pot Recipes - Thai Peanut Chicken
Chicken: 1.5 Punds of chicken brest
Red Pepper: 1 Pepper Diced
Fat Reuced Chuncky Peanut Butter: 1/2 cup
Lime: 1 Cup
Chicken Broth: 1 cup
Less Sodium Soya Souce: 1/4 Cup
Cumin: 1/2 Tbs
Corriander: 1/2 Tbs
Bean Sprouts, cilantro and Chopped scallions to garnish
Instruction for Weight Watchers Crock Pot Recipes - Thai Peanut Chicken
1. Add red peppers, chicken and onions to the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Now take a small bowl and wisk the peanut butter, cummin, coriander, soy sauce, lime juice and chicken broth, and pour it over the chicken.
3. Now cook this in the slow cooker for 4-5 hrs until the chicken is well cooked so you can shred it with a fork. garnish with fresh lime, cilantro, scallions and bean sprouts and you can serve this dish with some rice.
